참여연대는 ‘아르빌에 다국적군이 필요 없다’는 미 국방부의 입장이 <이라크 4분기 보고서>를 통해 확인되었다고 오늘 (11월 10일) 파병반대국민행동 기자회견을 통해 발표하였다.
이 문서는 미 국방부가 매 분기마다 의회에 제출하는 보고서로서 이라크의 ‘치안상황과 안정화 정도’를 평가하고 있다. 이 보고서에 따르면, 한국이 주둔하는 아르빌 지역은 언제든지 다국적군이 ‘치안권을 이양할 수 있는 지역’으로 표시되어 있다....
